2012 Beach Report Released
For the eighth consecutive year, in 2012, the nation's coastal and Great Lakes beaches were open 95 percent of the time during the swimming season. Read more about this and other findings on beach closings and advisories that occurred during the 2012 swimming season, and data trends from 2007 to 2012, in EPA's annual report.
