Tim Gerbus Joins Finn Corp.
Fairfield, OH (February 4, 2013): FINN Corporation, a world leader in the manufacturing of erosion control and landscape equipment and materials, announces the hiring of Tim Gerbus as Director of Dealer Development. He begins his new duties immediately.
“We’re extremely happy to have found someone of Tim’s caliber to join our team,” said Rob Jelinek, FINN Vice President Sales & Marketing. “His experience in the design and development of dealer networks should enable Tim to quickly add value for us as we continue to improve our capabilities in working with our dealer partners.”
As Director of Dealer Development, Gerbus will work with the more than two dozen FINN dealers domestically and internationally to assist in meeting their FINN goals, as well as improving communication and resources available to them. He will also be in charge of finding and recommending accomplished and profitable dealers to add to the network where strategically needed.
Gerbus comes to FINN with over 25 years of management, marketing, and sales experience. “I truly enjoy helping build and lead profitable, high-growth organizations,” said Gerbus of his new opportunity. “I have that big picture perspective, but I get an immense sense of satisfaction in cultivating strategic business partnerships no matter how big or small, which is what initially drew me to FINN. I can’t wait to work with our dealers to strengthen our partnerships and improve our business structure for our mutual benefit.”
Tim, his wife, and their five children live in the Cincinnati area, and he is an active member of his community.
