Hanes Geo Components Acquires A&R Geosynthetics
November 26, 2013 – Hanes Geo Components, of Winston Salem, NC, announces that they have reached an agreement to acquire A&R Geosynthetics, Inc. Located in Dundas, Ontario, A&R Geosynthetics was founded by Wes Anderson and Fraser Robinson in 2009. Since establishing their business, Wes and Fraser have developed a reputation for consistently providing site work developers with high quality stabilization and erosion control products. Wes and Fraser now take on the responsibility of leading Hanes Geo Components’ efforts in growing sales within the Canadian market.
