Counting Down to Denver

By: Kaspersen, Janice Comments

We’re down to the last week to submit abstracts for StormCon 2012, which will take place next August in Denver. It’s shaping up to be a great conference already, with five conference tracks this year: BMP Case Studies, Green Infrastructure, Stormwater Program Management, Water-Quality Monitoring, and Advanced Research Topics. More detail on each track is available on the call for papers page, where you can also submit an abstract online.

For those who are primarily interested in erosion and sediment control best practices, the BMP Case Studies track and the Water-Quality Monitoring track will both have numerous presentations. For those interested in the implications of new regulations, the Stormwater Program Management track will also contain plenty of information.

The conference will be held August 19 – 23, 2012, at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel. You can find more information about the conference, exhibits, registration, and travel information at www.StormCon.com.
