GREEN EFFORTS OF LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL COMPANY TURNS 25
Western States Reclamation, Inc. celebrates 25 years in business as leading environmental contracting company in Colorado.
With today’s growing environmental concerns, it’s inspirational to find a company like Western States Reclamation, Inc. (WSRI), whose “green” efforts were planted 25 years ago. Founded in Colorado in 1983, WSRI is proud to announce its 25th Anniversary of service.
“It’s been an honor to serve communities both locally and nationally,” David Chenoweth, President said. “We are excited about the future and all the benefits our services can provide.”
WSRI offers numerous services nationwide, including but not limited to, earthwork, land restoration, revegetation, erosion control, wetlands construction and landscape/irrigation construction. They are very active in highway projects, mine site and oil and gas site reclamation, and landscape construction for large commercial projects including urban parks and athletic field complexes. Additionally, WSRI has also been very active over the past eight years in aerial and ground based fire restoration projects. In fact, WSRI was a pioneer in aerial hydro mulching efforts from an airplane.
“We continually challenge ourselves to bring clients and end users the best of what is available to complete a project most efficiently,” Chenoweth said. “It’s not uncommon for us to put our best practices out there while allowing innovative ideas to get the attention they deserve.”
The opportunities over the past 25 years have given WSRI an array of accomplishments to be proud of. Some of these accomplishments include projects like Table Mountain Natural Gas Pipeline Revegetation in Golden, CO, Aspen Golf and Tennis Landscape, Irrigation and Golf Course Seeding in Aspen, CO, Los Alamos Fire Restoration in Los Alamos, NM, and Hayman Gulch Fire Restoration in Pike-San Isabel National Forest, CO.
Western States Reclamation, Inc. also offers Environmental Consulting through its sister company Chenoweth & Associates, LLC and can offer revegation planning, storm water management planning and permitting, environmental permitting and expert witness testimony for natural resource issues.
