Stormwater360 Launched at StormCon

Stormwater Management, Inc. + Vortechnics, Inc. = Stormwater360

PORTLAND, Ore., July 20, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Two leaders of the stormwater industry, Stormwater Management, Inc. and Vortechnics. Inc., announced that they have united as Stormwater360(tm). The new company identity was launched today at StormCon, the North American Surface Water Quality Conference & Exposition in Orlando. StormCon is the premier conference for stormwater professionals and includes seminars
and exhibitions on Best Management Practices, testing and stormwater program management.

In April, Stormwater Management joined forces with Vortechnics when it became a wholly owned subsidiary of CONTECH(r) Construction Products, Inc., a comprehensive civil engineering site solutions product and services company based in Middletown, Ohio. With the launch of Stormwater360, the firms continue the integration of their operations.

Stormwater360 is holding a drawing at StormCon to celebrate the launch. The winner of the drawing received a $1,000 donation for a non-profit environmental charity of their choice.
