CONTECH Acquires Plateau Pipe Company
(WEST CHESTER, OH, July 2, 2009) – CONTECH
Construction Products Inc. announced today that it had acquired certain assets
of the Plateau Pipe Company headquartered in Cookeville, Tennessee.
The Plateau Pipe Company is a
manufacturer of corrugated metal pipe with customers in Tennessee, Kentucky,
Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina
and South
Carolina. CONTECH will continue to utilize its
Cookeville
facility as a distribution center.

serve the region with the most comprehensive selection of drainage and site
