Hot Springs, AR - Innovative Equipment Solutions (IES), the manufacturer of the Neptune Series of fully automated wheel wash systems, will participate in an upcoming seminar on automated wheel wash systems and their use in site debris and sediment control on levee hydroseeding projects. IES will present in partnership with Profile Products, which manufactures and distributes the market’s broadest line of erosion and sediment control products. These manufacturers will address how their equipment and products will aid contractors in meeting the new Army Corps of Engineer specifications for levee re-vegetation and erosion control techniques. Establishing fast-growing ground cover to protect levees from erosion and overwash damage is particularly critical in areas such as New Orleans where the Corp is investing billions of dollars in flood defenses.

The Levee Hydroseeding/Sediment Control & Automated Wheel Wash System seminar will be presented on July 31st from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the Memphis Westin Hotel, the site of the mid-year meeting of the Mississippi Valley Branch of the Associated General Contractors (www.mvagc.org).  IES and Profile Products are Associate Members of the organization. Speakers include Roxanne Garrett, president of IES; Glen Ballinger, CPESC, of Earth and Turf Reps; Andy Constantine, CPESC, from Profile Products; and Doug Deen, the southeast market development manager for Profile Products.

IES Neptune Automated Wheel Wash systems are available in either portable or permanent installations, which can be configured with one, two, or three-tire revolutions of cleaning to eliminate site debris track-out.  All models are engineered with a fully automated, closed-loop water recycling and solids separation process and feature a high volume/low pressure water design, which prevents overspray and eliminates the concern of blasting oil and grease from the truck chassis into the water. The extra-wide, 42-inch wash elements flex the tire tread open to allow the high water volume flow to flush the tires clean. All components and Electronic Control panels are manufactured in the U.S.A., with immediate parts availability.

IES is a woman-owned business. Currently, IES has six systems in operation on the New Orleans Levee Project, and will be happy to arrange for a demonstration. IES offers nationwide sales, service, rental, and turnkey installation.
